Bridges open workshop: An introduction to supporting self-management in rehabilitation
Initial workshop: Friday 15th April 2016, 09.00 – 16.30
Follow-up workshop*: Friday 24th June 2016, 09.00 – 13.00
Venue: Room 806, Keyworth Conference Centre, London Southbank University.
Cost: £290 + VAT per person; bring a colleague for £260 +VAT per person.
Prices include both workshops, lunch during the initial workshop, refreshments at both workshops, 5 copies of Bridges self-management tools per person and all learning materials.
*Bridges is 2-stage training and attendance at both dates is required for certification
